The practice of Hatha yoga focuses on total mastery of the physical body, including all bodily functions.


The term hatha yoga is used to refer to a physical branch of yoga.

Hatha yoga emphazises the exercise of asanas (bodily postures), pranayama (the control of the breath) and samyama (meditation).

We will reach the goal if we continue to practise patiently in a enthusiastic and optimistic way.
